Description
This fully adjustable, flat, nylon webbed trailer tie features a quick release panic strap on one end and a heavy duty bull snap on the other end.
The panic snap end is clipped to the horses halter and is used as a quick release in emergency situations.
The bull snap must be securely anchored.
