Can I Change My Order?

Yes, you may be able to change your order if you advise us before the order has been shipped.

Can I Add to my Order?

Unfortunately no, once an order has been placed, it is dealt with immediately to ensure fast processing and delivery. However please contact us by phone or email and let us know your intensions, because if we haven’t shipped out your order we may be able to combine the postage.

How will know that my order has been received?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, you may be able to cancel your order if you advise us before it has been shipped. If your order has been shipped, please refer to our returns and refunds policy to arrange a refund if needed.
